Founded with a vision to bring meaningful cultural experiences to audiences across the United States, Para Share has grown into a trusted name in live entertainment and touring productions. What began as a passion for theatre and performance has evolved into a full-service production and presentation company that curates memorable experiences for diverse audiences across the country.
Para Share was established under the leadership of Harshad Parashare, a seasoned strategist by profession and a thespian at heart. With more than 14 years of experience designing products at fast-paced startups and Fortune 50 corporations, Harshad brought a rare blend of creative curiosity and operational discipline to the world of the performing arts. His thoughtful leadership and hands-on approach have shaped the company into an organisation known for reliability, artistic integrity, and meticulous attention to detail.
Since its inception, Para Share Entertainments has steadily grown its presence across the United States, producing over 500 shows in more than 60 premier performing arts venues since 2018. With audiences reaching up to 6,200 patrons, the company has built a reputation defined by scale, consistency, and excellence.
At its core, Para Share believes every show deserves thoughtful planning and flawless execution. By managing every stage—from artist coordination and venue partnerships to marketing, logistics, and production—the team ensures seamless, high-quality experiences from start to finish.
A key strength lies in its trusted relationships with artists and regulatory institutions, maintaining a 100% success rate in securing U.S. artist work permits across 13+ tours. This reliability has positioned Para Share as a dependable partner for world-class performances.
Looking ahead, innovation remains central, with plans to introduce technology-driven enhancements such as digital ticketing, loyalty programs, and more personalized audience experiences.
Beyond stage productions, Para Share is expanding into two new verticals. Para Share Excursions offers curated cultural travel experiences, while Para Share Celebrations focuses on bespoke event design for personal and community milestones.

With a creative and curious mind, he heads the firm to curate and present delightful experiences for the audiences. An amalgamation of left and right brain, he is a multitasker who is always just one call/text away – except on the weekends 😉
Nikhil Deshpande

A native of Vile Parle, Mumbai, Nikhil Deshpande is deeply connected to the artistic heritage of Maharashtra. As the grandnephew of Shri Pu La Deshpande, Nikhil has been deeply rooted in the realm of music and performing arts since childhood. Nikhil boasts an academic journey, having graduated from prestigious institutions like the Sir JJ School of Art, the Industrial Design Center at IIT Bombay, and the Savannah College of Art & Design. His extensive experience is now put to use as the Chief Digital & AI Officer for the State of Georgia, United States. Nikhil advises on digital strategies for achieving growth through emerging technologies and user experience design.
