All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the event organizer. In such cases, refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion, minus any applicable service or processing fees.

Ticket Presentation for Entry

Entry to the event requires the presentation of a valid ticket. Attendees must present either a printed copy of the ticket displaying a scannable barcode or a clearly visible electronic ticket on a smartphone.

Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denial of entry without any refund.

We strongly recommend downloading and saving e-tickets in advance to avoid access issues caused by mobile network disruptions at the venue.

Unauthorized recordings may result in removal from the venue without refund.

Right to Refuse Admission

PSE reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the venue at its sole discretion. This may include but is not limited to:

Violations of these terms.

Disruptive behavior.

Non-compliance with venue rules or instructions from staff.

Identification Requirements

Attendees are required to carry and present valid government-issued photo identification upon request at the venue.

Acceptance of Terms
